I walked into freedom after 83 days

Beloved friends,
I am finally walked into freedom.
After 83 days of incarceration I am released on parole. I enjoy freedom.
Freedom is a dream in incarceration, but now I feel it real.
My book Clouds of Dreams pointed out Islamic fundamentalism and it disturbed this minority faction of misled in Islam who thinks themselves as the guardian of all Muslim population.
They came after me so I escaped from their hands to come to US and these fundamentalists tried another trick by sending false information to US authorities to deport me from US by next flight, but the US Immigration gave me the opportunity to apply for Asylum as I told them about the threat from Islamic Fundamentalists back home. They understood the my fear of persecution.
But they detained me on 6 November 2009 to protect me any possible dangers, and finally they gave me freedom on 28 January 2010.
I am grateful to US in many ways as they have the kindness to protect me from the fanatics.
During the imprisonment I completed my book \"India... My Love...\" a collection of my poems some written in India and rest in the jail. This I am going to publish from US as this collection has some poems saying the theme - freedom to innocent Kashmiris from India, Pakistan and militants and dream of soverignty for this poor sect of loving people.
With immense love
Atmo Jayakumar
